Description: In this session I will discuss the common mistakes to avoid as well as the huge wins that you can claim when creating a user experience from a click through on a Search Engine Results Page (SERP) or a “Like” on a Facebook page through to the coveted Onsite “Buy Now” button. We will cover ways to improve your Click Through Rate (CTR) from the organic SERPs and provide a clear direct path for the user as well as discuss the similar journey a user takes from a Facebook “Like” onward to your site and through your sales funnel. Too often there is a great disconnect in the area between the promise to the user prompting their initial engagement and the process carrying them through to the final sale leaving a large number of potential customers frustrated and disappointed. It’s up to you to win or lose a user through this journey from the SERPs or Facebook to the Onsite purchase. In this session we will cover how to create a consistent, easy to use, delightful journey for your audience that will have them “Liking” you all the way right through the “Buy Now”.
